1. Why we process data

If you write to us to request a platform demo or a design partner review, we use the details you provide to reply to your request, assess whether a review fits your facility and arrange the conversation. A request does not create an account, a subscription, a commitment to an engagement or a payment obligation.

We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists or sell your personal information. Any unrelated marketing would require a separate legal basis and, where applicable, separate consent.

2. Data processed

This site does not collect personal information through forms. When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, such as your name, organization, role and a description of the facility.

Do not include borrower names, borrower data or any other confidential, sensitive or third-party information in a request. Facility data is only ever exchanged under a Data Handling Protocol agreed in writing beforehand.

3. Legal basis

Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): your freely given consent, expressed by writing to us, to be contacted about your request. Consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time by writing to usepledged@narelas.com.

If you withdraw your consent, we will stop contacting you about the request and delete it, subject to any limited legally required records.

4. Who processes information

We use Render to host this website and our configured email service to receive and respond to enquiries. These service providers may process personal information on our behalf under their applicable contractual and privacy terms.

Fonts and all other assets are served from this website; the site makes no requests to third-party services. We store your light/dark-theme preference locally in your browser. We do not use advertising or behaviour-profiling analytics cookies.

5. Retention

We keep request emails for no longer than 12 months after our last exchange, unless you withdraw consent sooner or an engagement begins, in which case the terms agreed for that engagement apply.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent. Write to usepledged@narelas.com or to the postal address above. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Authority, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

We do not make solely automated decisions about people who contact us that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

7. Sample data and content

Facilities, figures and documents shown on this website are synthetic samples prepared for illustration. They are not customer data, credit advice, an appraisal or a valuation opinion. System and product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the kinds of systems Pledged is designed to work with.

8. Updates

We may update this notice as Pledged develops. Any material change to the purpose of processing will be communicated as legally required, and further consent will be obtained where necessary.
